At Copper & Cream Catering we do not just serve you amazing food, we celebrate it! We love food, how it tastes, and the way it connects us to you, the people we serve. My name is Jenna Klassen. I’m the owner of Copper & Cream Catering. I grew up in the kitchen. My food service career started at The Wooden Spoon Restaurant when I was 13, washing dishes, and advanced to manager until it was sold in 2021. In between, I owned and operated the “Spoonful” food and dessert truck. My cooking style is influenced by the flavors I grew up with at home; A lot of cream and butter, fresh herbs, and garlic... comfort food. I also gather inspiration from my travels, picking up on techniques and flavors from around the world. The name Copper & Cream comes from my love of heavy whipping cream and my weakness for collecting copper pieces, wherever I can find them.

The ready-made freezer meals that Jenna makes are fantastic! Easy to heat up when you’re in a hurry and our kiddos love them!
Jenna does a great job. The food she catered for a small shower today was amazing. She set it all up and then was back to clean up and package up the leftovers for us to take home. The food was great and I will definitely recommend her to my friends.

Jenna was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped my husband and I pick our food and desserts for our wedding. The tacos we had were the best I have ever eaten and the sugar cookies are to die for! Her team also made sure me and my husband had plenty to eat during dinner.

She provided everything we needed and offered great suggestions for the menu when I was totally uncertain. The price was very reasonable. You should call Copper & Cream for any of your catering needs FIRST. I will use her company as often as possible. Reasonable, Creative, Punctual, DELICIOUS.
We ordered a couple charcuterie boards from Copper and Cream and they were outstanding. Really made the center piece of our event.
